Processing delays increase when there is an incomplete or incorrect account number displayed on the check payment.
To avoid late penalties and delinquency notices due to mail delays, we recommend using the district payment utility portal. Payments made directly through the district online portal are processed within one business day.
To find and bookmark your payment portal, visit “My District” on the homepage, and select your district name. Then click “Utility Payment Portal”. You can pay as a guest, or create an account login to see your usage and payment history. Bookmark this payment portal for easier access next month, or sign up for automatic payments for a smoother process.
