Terminate Service

Please submit your request for cancellation of water/wastewater services. Please be aware that whichever business day you selected for cancellation, services will be disconnected anytime between 8 am and 5 pm that day.

We are closed for federal holidays and weekends and these days are not available for water terminations.

Since utilities are billed in arrears, you will still owe final bill(s). Please call our office with questions.

If you have a deposit on file, any unpaid balance on your account will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining deposit balance will be mailed to the forwarding address. This deposit process may take up to 90 days.
