Leak Adjustment Form
What should I do after my leak has been repaired?
Your district may have a leak adjustment policy. Please reach out to our office to inquire if your district allows for a potential leak adjustment. If you qualify, your district has specific terms and conditions for reviewing your account. You will need to provide proof of repair to include plumber receipts, photos, etc.
Account Update Form
This account update form should be used to make changes to existing accounts. Do not use this form if you are starting new service.
This form can be used to:
- Add another account user
- Be removed from the account
- Update billing preferences (paperless or mailed)
- Applicant Name Change (due to divorce, legal name change, marriage, etc)
Utility Line Locate Request
The Utility Line Locate Request form can be used to request district operators to mark water and wastewater lines. Waste and wastewater utility lines that are within the district’s boundaries and that are the district’s responsibility can be marked.
Locate requests that are an emergency (Example: downed utility lines or a large leak) can be requested through this form. Please call 512-246-2400 after completion of the form if the request is an emergency. We will dispatch district operators to assist.
