Start/Stop Service

Thank you for your interest in starting service with us. To begin the process, please complete the New Service Application for your district, which can be found by identifying your district using the Our Communitiesmap or address finder, or by giving us a call.

Next Steps:

Submit your application: Submit your service application using the New Service Application on your district page and following the prompts. A copy of your ID will be required.

Review and Processing: Once we receive your application, we will review it and contact you via email with instructions on how to make your deposit and administrative fee payment through out payment portal. This process can take 1-2 business days.

Payment and Service Activation: Please note that services will not commence until we have received and processed your application, and all required fees and deposits have been paid. Services will be scheduled for connection one business day after the payment has been received.

Follow Up: If you do not receive a response from us within two (2) business days after sending your application, please contact us via phone or email.

• A copy of your lease or deed may be requested after we review your application.
• If you need a PDF version of the service application, please let us know, and we will provide it to you upon request.
